414 Light Street Developer Looks to ‘Set New Standard of Living’ as Pre-leasing Begins

Stephen Gorn sees the 44-story tower under construction at 414 Light St. as the nexus of a five-star resort, hospitality and apartment living.

Across Baltimore, a city in the midst of a wave of new apartment projects, the developer says the market is not “underserved” but rather “unserved” of the amenities his building will deliver when the first of 394 units debut next spring.
