Caves Partners Selects Questar Properties To Build 350 Luxury Apartments at the Village of Cross Keys

Caves Valley Partners has chosen Questar Properties of Baltimore County to break ground on constructing a 350-unit luxury apartment building at The Village of Cross Keys.

As the lead joint venture partner, Questar will be overseeing the development, construction and management of the apartment building. The development of luxury apartment units is part of the larger goal to revitalize the community. Read more in Cross Keys.
