414 Light Street Developer Taps Hospitality Veteran to Lead ‘Effortless Living Experience’

As the city’s newest tower continues to rise at 414 Light St., the developer has hired a hospitality industry veteran to run the luxury property as a “five-star, hotel-inspired living experience.”

David Brown will become general manager of the posh, 394-unit apartment building set to open next year across from the Inner Harbor with some of the highest monthly rents in the city. Units start at nearly $2,000 a month for a 506-square-foot studio to more than $8,000 for an 1,800-square-foot penthouse.
