414 Light Street Tops Out at 44 Stories

After an estimated 790,000 work hours from 350 workers, the 44-story luxury apartment tower at 414 Light St. has topped out at a record 500 feet.

The development is set to become the tallest residential tower in Maryland and the first tenants will move in next spring, said Stephen Gorn, CEO of Questar Properties, the Pikesville-based developer of the project.
