Questar Properties Opens 44-story Residential Tower

Questar Properties, a regional developer and manager of master-planned and mixed-use communities, announced Thursday the grand opening of 414 Light Street, a 394-unit mixed-use community.

Developed by Questar Properties and designed by architecture firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the 44-story tower, with more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, has a sail-like design and lies at the water’s edge in the Inner Harbor on the corner of Light and Conway streets.
