Tallest Residential Building in Baltimore Debuts Pre-leasing

Questar Properties, a premier regional developer and manager of mixed-use communities, has announced the start of pre-leasing at 414 Light Street, a 44-story luxury apartment building. Located at the corner of Light and W Conway Streets in downtown Baltimore, the development was designed to reflect the rich history of Baltimore.

Questar Properties broke ground on 414 Light Street in March 2016. With an innovative LEED® Silver Certified design by acclaimed architects Solomon Cordwell Buenz, 414 Light Street will make a statement as the tallest residential tower to stand in the City of Baltimore.
