Why the Definition of Penthouses is Changing

Stephen Gorn, CEO of Questar Properties and developer of 414 Light Street, said the definition of penthouse can vary.

“A penthouse is different things to different people. We still perceive it as the top level of a building,” Gorn said. “It’s typically the most luxurious in the building and there’s usually something about those penthouse units that distinguish themselves.”
